1. How do I order groceries?
Go to Orderocks or download our mobile app on play store or app store.
You should Register as a customer on orderocks . Then enter your Login credentials. Then you have number of categories and products that you want to buy. Click on the products that you want to buy click on "Add to cart". When all your product are selected then click on "Go to cart" option. Then the shopping cart is open then they need your address, payment details, pickup time /slots and lastly confirmation from your side. In payment details You should type your credit card or debit card details that you want to pay us for groceries shopping. You want to come up with the pick up slot that you have selected.
2. Is my address in your coverage area?
When you open a website there is a zip code pop up window. You enter your zip code then you know that your address in our coverage area or not.
3. Can I order from desktop or laptop?
Sure, You can! We are happy to announce the launch of our website. Please visit https://orderocks.com/ place your order through laptop or desktop.
4. Can I order frozen food and other foods that need to be kept cold or warm?
Yes! We will shop for and deliver your groceries with the same care that you would. Special attention is paid to items that need to be kept cold or warm. Grocery Shoppers will make sure to get them to you quickly and safely!
5. Can I have pick up groceries to my family or friends?
Absolutely! We love that our members are so giving.
6. What if the store is out of something that I ordered?
You have one option is there to substitute any product? then click on YES if you feel right or otherwise you click on NO.
7. What if an item is out of stock at the store?
We make every effort to get all the items on your list. There are times when some items are unavailable. We then will substitute that item with a comparable product.
8. How to find my order details?
Go to shopping cart in your orderocks account to find details for all your orders.
9. If I miss orderocks Pick up order?
Do not worry, You can select the time as you go on to pick up your order. You can also call the Shopper to get the latest pickup update.
10. How to return my order on orderocks?
It is a grocery shopping mart that you don't replace any product. if any emergency is there so call the shopper then he/she will discus with you.
11. Can I reschedule the pickup date?
yes. You can schedule the pickup date based on your convenience.

Your personal security is our main concern. We use leading industry functions to ensure that all personal information is transmitted through protected channels.
13. Is there any option for cash on Pick up?
Yes, You can pick your grocery and then you can pay the cash on our store.
14. Is there any minimum order amount?
No! There is no minimum order amount. However, we cheer you to shop more to save more!
15. How are your prices determined?
It's super simple! The price you see in the Orderock app is the price you pay. We partner with multiple stores, and each store might sell the same product at different prices. there is a possibility of slight price differences, especially for fruits and vegetables. We are trying hard to pick the latest market price, however, minute fluctuations may occur. Please feel free to contact us when you come across such price variations. We are more than happy to refund you the difference amount!
16. How do i cancel my order?
On right side of the website there is a option i.e my cart menu. Click on it and you will see there is cancel button... Try placing order and then if you have any problem with the products then cancel it, you will understand it
17. What form of payment do you accept?
We currently accept all credit card and cash on pickup.
18. Can I change my email in my account?
Yes! In Orderocks online portal, select my profile from the menu and edit email ID.
19. Is my personal information kept confidential?
Yes, your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All payment cards that remain on file for quick checkout are stored by our financial institution and not stored in any store systems.
20. Do you have a smartphone app for shopping on the go?

21. How do I register?
You can register by enter the zip code first then click on the shop you want to buy items then click on the my account and you have 2 options are there so you click on register. Please provide the information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions, provide your payment mode details and submit the registration information.
22. Are there any charges for registration?
No... Registration on Orderocks is absolutely free.
23. Do I have to necessarily register to shop on orderocks?
You can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.
24. Can I have multiple registrations?
Each email address and contact phone number can only be associated with one orderocks account.
25. Can I add more than one pickup address in an account?
Yes, you can add multiple pickup addresses in your orderocks account. However, remember that all items placed in a single order can only be picked up to one address. If you want different products picked up to different address you need to place them as separate orders.
26. Can I have multiple accounts for members in my family with different mobile number and email address but same or common pickup address?
Yes, we do understand the importance of time and the time involved in shopping groceries. Up to three members in a family can have the same address provided the email address and phone number associated with the accounts are unique.
27. Can I have different city addresses under one account and still place orders for multiple cities?
Yes, you can place orders for multiple cities.
28. What is the meaning of cash on pick up?
Cash on pick up means that you can pay for your order at the time of order pick up at our store.
29. What are pick up slots?
Pick up slots are time slots during which you will receive your order.
30. How do I look for a particular product?
You can search for a product by navigating through the category pages or by using search tab on the top of every page.
31. How will you ensure the freshness of products?
We ensure that all our products are hygienically and carefully handled and maintain them in the correct temperature & packaging.
32. How do I know if I placed my order correctly?
Upon the successful completion of your order, an order confirmation e-mail and SMS containing your order details will be sent to your registered email ID and phone number.
33. Can I call and place an order?
No, currently this service is not available.
34. How are the fruits and vegetables weighed?
All fruits and vegetables vary in size and weight. You can choose any size/weight available on the website. While you shop, we will show an estimated weight and price. At the time of processing, we pack the closest size/weight and charge you for the actual weight of each item.
35. How will I know if Orderocks delivers to my area?
You can check the serviceability of your area while selecting your pin code when you place your order.
36. How do i clear my cart?
If you have not yet selected ‘Checkout’:
Select ‘Empty Cart’ to empty your cart.
37. Where is my receipt?
You can view the receipt of your order in the order history.
38. Can i reset/change my password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password using the Orderocks portal.
Or You want to change your password then first you login to your account. then click on my account and there are option to change my password. So click on that and change your password.
