Membership Guidelines and Conduct

Dear Members,

We hope this message finds you well. As part of our commitment to maintaining a positive and harmonious community environment, we would like to remind all members about our membership guidelines and expected code of conduct.

At MMBA, we take pride in fostering a supportive and inclusive community where every member can thrive. To ensure that our community remains a space of mutual respect and collaboration, we would like to highlight a crucial aspect of our membership policy.

MMBA reserves the right to review and assess member conduct to ensure alignment with our core values and the overall well-being of our community. In instances where a member's behavior is deemed inconsistent with our guidelines, and if it is found to be causing confusion, disruption, or not adhering to general good behavior, MMBA retains the authority to take appropriate actions.

Such actions may include, but are not limited to, the cancellation of membership. This measure is taken to safeguard the community's integrity and to ensure that our collective efforts are directed towards our shared goals in an atmosphere of harmony and respect.

We kindly request all members to review and uphold the following guidelines:

Respectful Behavior: Treat fellow members, volunteers, and guests with respect and consideration, both online and offline.

Collaboration: Foster an environment of collaboration, where diverse ideas and perspectives are welcomed and valued.

Positive Communication: Engage in positive and constructive communication, refraining from any behavior that may incite negativity or discomfort. Shouting in Meetings, Speaking Out of Turn, or Disturbing Others While Speaking is Strictly Not Allowed.

Confidentiality: Respect the confidentiality of sensitive information and discussions shared within the member community.

Contribution: Participate actively and contribute positively to the activities and initiatives of MMBA.

Membership Termination: If member found to be causing confusion, disruption, or not adhering to general good behaviorI, MMBA reserves the right to terminate their membership immediately.

By adhering to these guidelines, we can collectively ensure that MMBA remains a vibrant and thriving community that benefits us all.
